Ces questions rendent la production conventionnelle de plus en plus complexe, le nombre de changements de d\u00e9cors augmentent sans arr\u00eat et dans certaines situations la machine se trouve plus souvent arr\u00eat\u00e9e qu\u2019en marche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Depuis d\u00e9j\u00e0 un certain temps les fabricants de machine s\u2019efforcent de r\u00e9duire les temps de changement. Chez Puntes aussi nous croyons n\u00e9cessaire de travailler sur ce point, c\u2019est pourquoi avec la collaboration des acteurs majeurs du secteur, Comexi (fabricant de machines), Esko (programme de gestion de couleur), Sun Chemical (encres), Apex (anilox) et Dupont (clich\u00e9s), nous avons particip\u00e9 \u00e0 un projet d\u2019envergure, un exercice pratique d\u2019un syst\u00e8me que nous consid\u00e9rons essentiel pour le renouveau du secteur et sa r\u00e9ponse aux changements structurels du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le \u00ab&nbsp;gamut \u00e9tendu&nbsp;\u00bb, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 \u00ab&nbsp;palette fixe&nbsp;\u00bb avec une combinaison de 6 \u00e0 7 couleurs fixes permet d\u2019imprimer \u00e0 la suite des d\u00e9cors compl\u00e8tement diff\u00e9rents, en am\u00e9liorant les temps de changement, en r\u00e9duisant les d\u00e9chets (moins de support pour le calage, moins de retour d\u2019encre qu\u2019avec quadri + tons direct, moins de consommation d\u2019encre\u2026), tout en obtenant un meilleur rendu d\u2019impression.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En seulement quelques heures, 4 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences dont 2 en amalgame ont \u00e9t\u00e9 imprim\u00e9es \u00e0 la suite, sans aucun changement (hormis les plaques).
